WJ Saudi has been appointed to deliver the complete design and installation of the dewatering system for an approximate area of 50,000 m2 with 4 basement floors. Our scope includes design and execution of deep wells dewatering system.
The excavation for the foundation and basements is approximately 50,000 m2 where the maximum excavation level is around 20m below ground level, 25m away from Khobar Corniche, A diaphragm wall is used to support the excavation.
